Coach Hire Limerick

Limerick sits between Shannon Airport and the south-west, so many coach days here start or finish with a flight. Bunratty, Adare and the Cliffs of Moher all lie within reach of a relaxed schedule.

Shannon Airport and the N18

Shannon Airport is about 25 km west of Limerick, around 25 minutes on the N18. Bunratty Castle and Folk Park sits just off the same road, about 10 minutes from the airport, and parking there is free for visitors. That makes it an easy first or last stop for a group with a few hours before a flight.

Some groups stay near Bunratty or Shannon rather than in the city. Tell us which, and the transfer can be timed around the flight.

King's Island and the city centre

King John's Castle, the 13th-century fortress on King's Island, is on Nicholas Street. St Mary's Cathedral is the oldest building in Limerick still used every day. The Hunt Museum occupies the old Custom House, and the Milk Market fills with food stalls at the weekend. A walking loop joins them all, with the coach waiting at one end.
