How Booking Works
Five steps take you from a first message to a confirmed vehicle. You decide at each one, and nothing is charged until you accept a quote.
Step 1: Send the request
Include the number of passengers, the date, the pickup time and address, every stop in order, and where the day ends. List the luggage, such as golf bags, sports kit or suitcases for an airport run, because it can change the vehicle. Mention any passenger who uses a wheelchair or has limited mobility. For a flight or a ship, give the flight number or ship name and the arrival time.
The fuller the request, the closer the first quote comes to the final trip. A vague one tends to come back with questions before anyone can price it.
Step 2: An operator prices the trip
We pass your request to a licensed, insured operator with a suitable vehicle for that date. The operator works out the hours, the distance, any waiting time, and the tolls or parking the route needs. If the day is too long for one driver under the rules on driving time and rest, the price covers a second driver or a different plan, and the quote says which.
Step 3: Read the written quote
You get one quote per trip. It sets out the vehicle type, the timings and route it covers, what is included, and the cancellation terms that operator applies. Check it against your plan line by line.
Step 4: Accept and receive confirmation
If the quote is right, accept it and pay by card through the site's payment provider. The booking is firm once we confirm it to you in writing. If something is wrong, ask for a change before accepting; asking commits you to nothing.
Step 5: Changes after booking
Plans move. Numbers drop, a flight is rescheduled, a stop is added. Tell us as early as you can and we check the change with the operator. If it affects the price, we tell you before anything further is charged. Cancelling follows the terms written on your quote.
Questions
How long does a quote take?
It depends on the date, the route and which operators are free. A complete request is quicker to price than one that needs follow-up questions.
Can I compare two options?
Yes. Describe both in the request, for example one coach against two minibuses, and say you want each priced.
What do I need to do on the day?
Have the group at the pickup point at the booked time and keep a headcount. A slow start can push the whole day past what the driver may legally work.
