About Us: A Booking Service for Group Transport
We organise the hire of coaches, minibuses and cars, each with its driver, for groups travelling in Ireland. The vehicles and drivers belong to licensed, insured operators; we handle the request, the quote and the booking.
Who does what
You tell us what the group needs. We pick an operator that can do it and ask them to price it. The operator supplies the vehicle, employs the driver, holds the licence to carry passengers for hire and carries the insurance. We send you the quote, confirm the booking once you accept, and pass any changes between you and the operator.
That split matters on the day. The driver answers to the operator on safety, route and working hours. Questions about the booking itself, such as times, pickup points or passenger numbers, come to us.
What we do not do
We do not own coaches, minibuses or cars, and nobody behind the wheel works for us. We do not publish prices, because each trip is priced by the operator for that date, vehicle and route. We do not sell seats on scheduled services or tours: every booking is a private vehicle for your group alone.
How an operator is chosen
A request only goes to an operator that is licensed and insured for group passenger transport. Beyond that we look at whether they have the right size and type of vehicle free on your date, and whether it can reach your pickup without a long empty run. For an accessible trip the vehicle has to suit the passenger's wheelchair or mobility aid, so we ask you for those details first.
Where we can, we prefer an operator based near the trip. A firm that works in Kerry every week is more likely to know the Ring of Kerry loop, and one based in Dublin the city's coach stops and bus gates.
Where the planning notes come from
The coach rules on our city, airport and port pages are drawn from public sources: councils, the National Transport Authority, Transport Infrastructure Ireland, airport and port operators, and venues. Distances and drive times are approximate. Rules change, so if a detail matters to your plan, ask for it to be confirmed on the quote.

Are you a coach operator?
No. We are a booking service. The operator we book for you runs the trip and employs the driver.
Why is there no price list?
The cost depends on the date, the hours, the distance, the vehicle and any tolls or parking on the route. The operator works that out for your trip and it appears on your written quote.
Do you cover Northern Ireland?
Our cities are all in the Republic. Day trips across the border, such as Belfast or the Giant's Causeway from Dublin, can be part of a request.
