What we collect

Details you give us: name, email, phone number, pickup and drop-off points, dates and times, flight or sailing details, passenger numbers, accessibility needs you choose to tell us, and your account login if you create one. Card payments are handled by Stripe or PayPal, who share only the payment outcome with us.

Technical data: browser type, pages visited and approximate location from your IP address, collected through cookies as set out in our cookie policy.

Why we use it, and the legal basis

To quote and arrange your trip and to communicate about it (performance of a contract, or steps before one). To keep accounting and tax records (legal obligation). To keep the site secure and improve it (legitimate interests). To send marketing, only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Accessibility details are used only to arrange a suitable vehicle, with your explicit consent.

Who we share it with

The transport operators who quote or carry out your trip. Payment, email and hosting providers acting on our instructions. Authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data. Where data leaves the European Economic Area, we use safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

As long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, then we delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. To exercise any of these, email requests@bookirelandcoach.com. You also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland, or to the data protection authority in the EU country where you live or work.
